What Qualifies

  • Same item
    • Must be identical brand, model, and configuration (including options, accessories, and features).
    • Must be new, certified refurbished and matching the condition and warranty offered.
  • Authorized source
    • Competitor must be an authorized U.S. distributor or retailer for that brand.
    • Marketplaces (eBay, Facebook, Craigslist), liquidators, and unauthorized resellers do not qualify.
  • In stock & available
    • Item must be in stock and available for shipment within 10 business days.
  • Final delivered price
    • We compare the out-the-door cost: product price plus shipping, surcharges, setup fees, and handling costs. (Taxes excluded.)

Special Clause for Refurbished & Pre-Owned Equipment

Because medical beds and equipment can vary in quality and certification:

  • The competitor’s item must carry equivalent certification, refurbishment grade, and warranty coverage.
  • Non-certified, as-is, or parts-only listings are excluded.

Exclusions

  • Auction/marketplace sites, liquidation or clearance events, misprints, pricing errors.
  • Loyalty points, rebates, coupons, financing-only offers, or bundle-only promotions.
  • International or gray-market sellers.

Timing

  • Before purchase: we’ll match at checkout.
  • After purchase: request within 14 days of your order date for a store-credit adjustment.
