At All Medical Beds, we back every hospital bed we sell with clear warranty coverage so you can buy with confidence. Our policies differ slightly for Certified Refurbished Beds and New Hospital Beds, depending on the source of warranty coverage.

1. Certified Refurbished Beds (Stryker & Hill-Rom)
Every refurbished bed is restored to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications through a comprehensive process that includes:
- Full disassembly and inspection
- Replacement or repair of worn parts
- Calibration and functional testing
- Cosmetic restoration for a like-new finish
That’s why every refurbished bed comes with a 1-Year Warranty covering both parts and labor.
What’s Covered
- All major components: motors, electronics, rails, controls, actuators, and frame
- Labor costs for repairs (first attempt on-site service; if not fixable, then depot repair)
- Replacement parts (refurbished or OEM equivalent)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Mattresses, batteries, and side rails
- Cosmetic issues that don’t affect functionality
- Consumables (not applicable to beds, but excluded if added accessories apply)
Warranty Service & Claims Process
- Contact Us – Reach out with your order number and issue.
- Quick Response – A refurbishing supplier technician will contact you within 1–2 business days.
- Repair Attempt – First attempt is an on-site service call; if the issue cannot be resolved, the bed may be shipped for depot repair.
- Resolution Timeline – Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Costs – Supplier covers one-way shipping; customer covers return shipping if depot service is required.
2. New Hospital Beds
All new hospital beds purchased through All Medical Beds include a manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model but typically includes protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
General Warranty Guidelines for New Beds
- Manufacturer’s coverage typically includes parts and labor for a defined period (varies by brand).
- Service is provided either on-site or through authorized repair centers.
- Exclusions often include mattresses, batteries, accessories, and cosmetic wear.
