Shipping Options:
FREE Standard Delivery (Included With Every Order):
- Your hospital bed arrives fully assembled and secured to a pallet.
- Facilities (Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Homes, and Other Commercial Addresses with Dock Access): Delivered dock-to-dock with liftgate, including placement inside the first accessible room (palletized).
- Residences (Homes, Apartments, Assisted Living, and All Other Non-Commercial Addresses): Delivered to your curbside, driveway, or the nearest ground-level point accessible to the truck.
- Standard service does not include moving the bed further inside, unpacking, or debris removal.
- For in-home placement and setup support, select our White Glove option.
Premium White Glove (Recommended for Residences):
- Carrier team unloads, brings the bed inside (ground floor or freight elevator-accessible), unpacks, and removes all packing materials.
- Placement in the room of your choice, provided there are no stairs or narrow passages.
- Not available for stair carries.
- Does not include installation, training, or removal of old equipment.
- Customers must confirm that the delivery path is clear and accessible.
Access & Special Handling:
- Apartments, gated communities, duplexes, or other restricted-access locations: delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point.
- Deliveries cannot be carried up stairs or through tight hallways without a custom service plan.
- For stair carries, old equipment removal, or other specialized needs, please contact us for a tailored delivery quote before your order ships.

Processing & Lead Times
- Refurbished Beds (Stryker & Hillrom): Ship within 7 business days from one of our certified U.S. distribution centers. Based on the bed purchased, delivery can take 4-6 weeks.
- New Beds (coming soon): Ship directly from the manufacturer. Typical lead times are 2–6 weeks, depending on availability.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with tracking details and carrier contacts.
How We Ship
- All beds ship by freight truck because of their size and weight.
- Liftgate service (to lower the bed safely to the ground) is also included at no extra charge.
- Need more help? We can arrange inside delivery or white-glove setup for an additional fee.
Delivery Day
- The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- Missed appointments may result in carrier redelivery fees.
Damages & Defects
We take every precaution to ensure your bed arrives safely. Here’s how we handle issues:
Freight Damage (during delivery):
- Please inspect your bed before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Hidden damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We’ll coordinate directly with the carrier and our distribution partner to resolve it quickly, usually by sending replacement parts or a replacement bed.
Defects (after setup):
- If your bed doesn’t function as expected after delivery, this is covered under the manufacturer's warranty for new beds
- All refurbished beds include a 1-Year Warranty (parts + labor), and new beds follow the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns (non-damaged/non-defective):
- If you wish to return a bed for reasons unrelated to damage or defect, please review our Returns Policy for eligibility and terms.
Shipping Coverage
- Continental U.S. via freight shipping on all hospital beds.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Territories: Additional charges apply
- International shipping: Not available at this time.
Order Tracking & Questions
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and the carrier’s contact details.
- For freight shipments, the carrier will also call to schedule a delivery appointment so you know exactly when to expect your bed.

We know these are important deliveries — don’t hesitate to reach out if you need an update or special coordination.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order as long as the bed has not been processed to ship.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been processed to ship, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, our Returns Policy applies.
We always do our best to accommodate cancellations, but due to the size and nature of hospital beds, we have to follow these timelines to keep things fair and consistent.

- Continental U.S.: FREE standard freight delivery with dock to dock, liftgate, or to first-accessible room service is applied on all orders.
- Additional Services: Inside delivery, room placement, or white-glove setup are available at an extra cost.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: Additional shipping charges apply.
- Accessories & Small Items: Smaller items (such as rails, remotes, or mattresses ordered separately) may ship via parcel service. Shipping charges for these items will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order includes accessories or multiple beds, they may arrive in separate deliveries. We’ll keep you posted so you know what to expect.
Delays & Exceptions
- We work with trusted carriers, but severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays can sometimes impact timelines. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away.
