At All Medical Beds, our goal is to provide premium hospital beds for families, caregivers, and medical facilities with complete transparency. Because of the size, weight, and specialized nature of hospital beds, our return policies differ for certified refurbished beds and new beds. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.

1. Return Policy – Certified Refurbished Hospital Beds

At All Medical Beds, we stand behind the quality of every certified refurbished Stryker and Hillrom bed we sell. Each bed is inspected, tested, and certified to meet rigorous standards of safety and reliability.

Because of the size, weight, and specialized nature of hospital beds, our return policy is structured to balance customer flexibility with the need to maintain equipment quality and fair pricing.

Return Requests

  • All requests to return equipment must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery.
  • Returns are subject to formal approval and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RMA Process

  • Once approved, an RMA number will be issued. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and included inside with the return paperwork.
  • Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.

Restocking & Fees

  • All returned equipment is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping costs.
  • Returns made after the 7-day window may be subject to higher restocking fees (greater than 25%).
  • Custom orders, special configurations, or prepaid orders are non-refundable.

Packaging & Shipping Responsibility

  • Returned equipment must be properly packaged and secured to prevent damage in transit.
  • All Medical Beds is not liable for damages, losses, or theft that occur during shipping.
  • Any shipping damages, missing equipment, or missing accessories will be documented and shared with the customer within 48 hours of receipt. If no response is received within 5 business days, the customer will be invoiced for related costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If the equipment arrives defective or not as ordered, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no cost to the customer.
  • Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Note on Warranty:

Every certified refurbished Stryker and Hillrom bed sold by All Medical Beds comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty. This warranty ensures your equipment is protected beyond our return policy.

2. Return Policy – New Hospital Beds

Our policy for new hospital beds offers additional flexibility, while maintaining the standards needed to ensure quality equipment.

Return Window

  • New beds may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Beds must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Restocking & Fees

  • All new bed returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Outbound and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order included “free shipping,” our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refused orders are subject to round-trip shipping charges plus the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders (special configurations or finishes).
  • Mattresses that are opened or non-standard size.
  • Large orders (10+ beds) are final sale, but full warranty coverage applies.
  • Certain products or brands may be excluded from returns; these will be noted at checkout.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Once approved, you’ll receive an RA number and return address.
  • Ship the product back, insured and tracked, using your preferred carrier.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

Note on Warranty:

All new hospital beds sold by All Medical Beds include a manufacturer’s warranty (coverage varies by brand and model). This warranty is in addition to our return policy and provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
